The PKR Heads Up Grand Slam is set to be the event of the year, and you could be a part of it with 4 $12,000 packages up for grabs at PKR.

There are tournaments and then there are extravaganzas, and the PKR Heads Up Grand Slam is most certainly going to be the latter of the 2. To say that this event is exclusive would be understating the point considerably; 32 world class players have already confirmed that they will be participating including Tom "Durrr" Dwan, Annette Obrestad, Vicky Coren, and JC Tran, but the real news is that you could be joining them.

PKR have managed to secure 4 seats for the Heads Up Grand Slam, which has a direct buy-in of $10,000. The four packages will be won through the online grand final for which there are satellites running from as little as $7.28. The online Grand Final will follow a heads up deep stack structure and will be played over 3 days.

Tuesday September 29th will see 32 players who made it through to the online Grand Final matched up into 16 heads up matches. The sixteen winners will be matched up against each other for round 2 which will be held on September 30th. The final night will take place on October 1st where the four winners will each receive a package.

The packages are valued at $12,000 which covers the event buy-in plus $2,000 towards expenses. The PKR Heads Up Grand Slam event will be held between October 8th and 10th in London, it will be filmed and televised in a series of 8 shows, each lasting 2 hours.
