No, you don’t need to prove your worth by running heck knows how many miles and then swimming and biking some more…I know that sitting in front of your computer all day and playing poker won’t prepare you for something like that…
This challenge is about something you’re good at. As a matter of fact, the longer you sit around and play poker, the closer you’ll come to being a Full Tilt Poker “Iron Man”.
The Iron Man Challenge is Full Tilt Poker’s player loyalty promotion. Running all through the month of May, the Iron Man Challenge will let you earn medals which you’ll be able to exchange for cash, for tournament tokens and other benefits. Basically it goes like this: if you earn 200 points in 25 days, you become an Iron Man. You can reach Bronze, Silver or Gold for fewer points earned. The promotion will not end at the end of May. You can earn additional medals (bronze, silver, gold and iron – depending on the level of your performance) in upcoming months, as well. You can achieve this by either maintaining your Iron Man status or by moving up the Iron Man ladder.
The longer you manage to stay an Iron Man, the more medals you can gather during the course of any single month.
On top of the already mentioned benefits, you’ll get special bonuses for being one of the “elite”. You can either choose to participate in a monthly freeroll tournament where Bronze players will compete in a $10K prize pool freeroll, silver players in a $15K one, gold players in a $20K one, and the toughest of them all, the real Iron Men in a $30K one.
The winners of these four tourneys will then get together for a 4-person Sit’n’Go with a $5K prize-pool.
Whoever wins this, will go on to play heads up with 3 pros. Beat the first one, you get $5K on top of all your winnings. Beating the second one earns you $10K, and beating the third one $50K.
If you were coming into the SNG from the Iron Man branch, you get your $50K doubled up to a whopping $100K.

Of course you can always just go for more medals instead of all the fuss I just described above. The choice is yours
